Zackary CJ Ringquist, 47, a resident of rural Erhard, died Monday, August 11, 2008, at his home. He was born January 20, 1961, in Fergus Falls, the son of Clifford J. and Faye (Shol) Ringquist. He grew up in Fergus Falls, graduating from high school there in 1979. He briefly attended a tech school for aviation in Colorado. Zack then owned and operated Bud’s Station in Erhard. In addition he worked for the City of Fergus Falls, Fergus Power Pump, and most recently at Sunopta in Alexandria. He married Julie Norman on October 16, 1981, in Sisseton, SD. Zack loved his family and friends, especially his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He enjoyed the out of doors and was a jack of all trades, taking pride in his workmanship. He was always willing to help someone who needed help. Preceding him in death were his father, Clifford J. Ringquist, and his grandparents, Walt Shol, and Bernice and Clifford Ringquist. Survivors include his wife, Julie of Erhard; his children: Amanda (Mike) Tenney of Mankato, SST Andrew (SST Kelly) Ringquist of Germany, Aaron (fiancee` Elizabeth) Ringquist of Fergus Falls, and Kristi’Le Ringquist of Erhard; seven grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Victoria, MacKenzie, Abigail, Ryleigh, Yzabell, and Julianna; extended family, Julie Gillespie and her daughter Tessa, and Glenda (Troy) Hoff and their children Jacob and Leasha; his mother, Faye (Jerry) Baylor; two sisters, Lysa (Duke) Ringquist of Moorhead, and Lori Bartlett of Fergus Falls; and his grandmother, Pearl Shol of Fergus Falls.
