Vicki Lynne Bublitz, 71, of Fergus Falls, died November 27, 2022 at Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls.
Vicki was born on March 26, 1951 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Del and Valjeanne (Larson) Norris. She grew up in Kansas City, KS and graduated from Washington High School in 1969. After high school, she continued her education at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS and graduated with her Bachelors degree in 1973.
On August 23, 1991, Vicki married Jerome E. Bublitz in Marshall, MO. Vicki spent her career in the Mental Health profession and retired as an Administrator for the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
She enjoyed crafting, reading, traveling, but most importantly spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren’s activities. She was involved in Rotary and was the first female president in Higginsville, MO and also enjoyed her time with Quilters Anonymous.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Larry Norris; uncles, Paul Larson and Darrell Norris; aunts, Marlys Gilliver and Thordis Norris.
Survivors include her husband, Jerome; children, Jenna Roberts, TJ (Robin) Roberts, Melissa Bublitz, Cristen Bublitz; grandchildren, Delvin, Blake, and Ella Roberts, Addia Zimmer, Apollo and Anderson Valjeanne Freed; siblings, Scott (Diane) Norris and Dee Norris and extended family, Joanne Larson, Christi (Lindsay) Horgen, Kim Norris, David, Jack, Hannah and Joshua Horgen, Ellie Norris and Dale and Mary Larson.
A private family graveside service was held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Fergus Falls.
