Trent Jay Adam, 18, passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2016, in Fergus Falls.
Trent, son of Lynn and Carol Adam, was born June 19, 1998, at Lake Region Health Care in Fergus Falls. He was baptized and confirmed at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church. He attended Fergus Falls Public Schools where he found joy in welding, operating lights and sound at school functions and singing with the choir. Some of his favorite past times included reading, playing video games with friends and playing with his dog, Baby.
He will always be remembered for his ability to make others laugh, his caring demeanor, and his willingness to help others.
Survivors include his parents: Lynn and Carol Adam; sister Megan (Jeff Hamann) Adam; twin brother, Tyler Adam all of Fergus Falls; grandparents: Clinton and Peggy Adam and Calina Merkel; good friends: Larry and Sylvia Gripentrog; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandfather Delmer Merkel and cousins: Jillian and Shay Adam.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Trent’s name can be made to The Autism Research Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Visitation: will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2016, at Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls with a public prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
