He was born March 11, 1955, to Melvin Wagner and Mary Ledbetter.
Stevie enjoyed fishing and old western movies. He loved to eat fried egg sandwiches. He worked many years with the carnival, the merry-go-round was his favorite. He loved to tease and make people laugh. He loved the new scooter he got to get around in. He loved all the different activities there were to partake in at Riverview Heights and thoroughly enjoyed his new family there.
He touched many lives with his care and sense of humor.
Interment will be at a later date.
