Sharon Kay Neuleib, 72, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Friday, October 6, 2017, at PioneerCare in Fergus Falls.
She was born January 21, 1945, in Fergus Falls, the daughter of Walter J. and Minerva (Teberg) Neuleib. She spent her childhood and adult years on the farm with her parents. After the death of her mother in 2000, she lived at the River Bend apartments in Fergus Falls until her death. Sharon had a special relationship with her brother, Roger who served as her caretaker after her dad and mom died.
Sharon was a member of South Immanuel Lutheran Church of rural Rothsay where she attended Sunday School, Luther League and was confirmed. She was active with her mother in Ladies Aid and numerous other activities. Sharon enjoyed fishing and her favorite animals were cats, especially “Speckles” (her most recent).
Preceding her in death were her parents, Walter and Minerva Neuleib.
Survivors include three brothers, Roger (Audrey) of Fergus Falls, James (Dimitra) of Albuquerque, NM, and Marlo (Bonnie) of Greensboro, GA; nieces and nephews, Kirk, Kyle, Rick, Ronnie, Brian, Cindy, Karina, and Gina; as well as several grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorial Service: 11a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 at South Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Rothsay, MN.
