Sharon Hoyne

Sharon Lee Hoyne, 47, a resident of Rothsay, died Sunday, June 21, 2009, at her home. She was born April 27, 1962, in Elmhurst, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas and Nancy (Glenz) Hoyne. She grew up in Maywood, Illinois, and graduated from Proviso East High School. She then attended Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. After college she moved to Fargo, North Dakota, then to Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and has resided in Rothsay, Minnesota for the past 12 years. She was employed by Motel 6 and enjoyed her work there. Preceding her in death was her father, Thomas Hoyne. Survivors include her life partner, Brian Anderson, of Rothsay; her mother, Nancy (Ronald) Noll of Diamond Head, MS; three sisters: Karen (Ramiro) Rodriguez, of Maywood, IL, Susan (John) Early of Addison, IL, and Alison (Armando) Rodriguez of Maywood, IL; a brother, Warren Hoyne of River Grove, IL; nine nieces, six nephews, and 15 great nieces and nephews; and several close friends whom she loved like her own children.
