Scott Toso

Scott Jay Toso, 60, of Moorhead passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025, after a surgery at Sanford Hospital in Fargo.

He was born on January 27, 1965. The son of Virgil and Beverly (Muth) Toso, in Fergus Falls, MN. He was the youngest of three. Scott was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls. He lived in Fergus Falls and attended Fergus Falls High School, graduating in 1983. He continued his education at Staples Technical College in graphic arts and graduated in 1985.

He moved to Moorhead, MN in 1986. He worked for Kaye's Printing and later the Fargo Forum, for a total of 40 years. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, softball, and horse back riding. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls.

Scott was a very private person but he truly valued his family and friends. He was very proud of his nieces and nephews. He took pride in being a pressman and his work.

Scott is survived by his dad, Virgil Toso and one brother, Marc (Darla) Toso all of Fergus Falls; one sister, Cindy (Patrick) Johnson of Fargo; three nephews, Derek (Sheyenne) Toso, Cody Toso, and Matt (Cassie) Johnson; two nieces, Erin (Jared) Loucks and Kacie (Mat) Dorn; and three great nephews, Jameson and Jackson Toso and Henrick Loucks; and one great niece, Bridger Loucks. He was preceded in death by his mom, Beverly Toso; grandparents, Arnold and Ethel Muth and Clifford and Hattie Toso, and also twin nephews, Dustin and Jason Toso.

Memorial Gathering: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Olson Funeral and Cremation in Fergus Falls, with a memorial service at 6:30 p.m.
