Scott Logan, 53, of Fergus Falls, died Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Sanford Health Hospital in Fargo surrounded by the love of his life, Barbara and her sister, Lisa.
Scott Allen Logan was born June 1, 1968, the son of Elaine and Roger Logan Sr. in Alexandria, MN. He grew up in Elbow Lake where he graduated high school in 1986.
He was currently employed at Vector Windows in Fergus Falls.
Scott enjoyed traveling, he was a huge movie and music fanatic, tubing down the river, playing bingo, going to comedy shows, cruising in his Slingshot, playing cards, bowling, fishing and spending time with his family, friends and most importantly spending time with the love of his life, Barbara. He had the biggest heart, loads of compassion, and a wonderful sense of humor. He has always loved the children that came into his life. He could be counted on for favors…especially if it involved kids or dogs. He was “famously” known for giving the biggest and best hugs!!! He will be sorely missed by many! Long live the memories of “Scotty” …” See me later!”
Preceding him in death were his parents, Elaine and Roger Logan Sr.; brother, Rodney Johnson, and sister, Darlene Boeder.
Scott is survived by his significant other of nine years, Barbara Vaughan; step-daughter, Brittany Vaughan (Dan); grandchildren, Serenity Ann and Isabelle Rae; Barbara’s parents (who thought of him as their son), Ray and Nancy Vaughan; her siblings (who considered him their brother-in-law), Michelle Week (David) and Lisa Milbeck (Troy); siblings, Barb Takett (Bob), Robert Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Mike Logan (Kerri), James Logan, Roger Logan Jr. (Jenn), Lance Logan (Danielle), Tammy Schwinghammer (Craig), and Lori Westergard (Miles); sister-in-law, Brenda Johnson, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends that he considered family.
In lieu of flowers and because of Scott’s love for dogs-please consider a memorial in his name to your local Humane Society or animal shelter.
