Rose Stadum

Rose May (Hall) Stadum, 96, of Fergus Falls formerly Erhard, died Sunday, September 5, 2021, at PioneerCare in Fergus Falls.

Rose was born November 3, 1924, to Clarence and Edna (Michaels) Hall in Elbow Lake, MN. She attended school in Elbow Lake, graduating in 1944.
She worked at Sethre’s Dairy Farm, where she met her husband Juel Stadum. They were married October 13, 1945. She was a caregiver all of her life. She also worked at the Pelican Rapids Turkey Plant for 34 years and was co-owner of Stadum Well Drilling, Plumbing, and Gravel.

Rose was a proud member of Grace Lutheran Church in Erhard.

She had a special knack for making family fun. Rose was famous for making her Graham Cracker pie over the years. Some of her other baking attributes were her chocolate chip cookies, special k bars a true favorite of her grandchildren, apple pie and ice cream for Pastor Brad.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Juel Stadum; sisters, Luverne Olson and Helen Oberholtzer; brother, John Hall; great-granddaughter, Brayleigh Stadum, and many brothers and sisters-in- law.

Visitation: One-hour prior to the service at the church.
Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2021, at Grace Lutheran Church in Erhard

Interment: Bagstevold Cemetery, rural Erhard, MN
