Rita Kuester, 86, of Richville, died Friday, November 10, 2023 at her farm.
Rita Joan Brubaker was born June 24, 1937 to Adeline Brubaker in Logansport, Indiana. She attended school and graduated from Logansport, Indiana high school.
On November 10, 1982 Rita married Robert Kuester at St. Frances Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
She owned Western Sales and Service a feed and fertilizer equipment business in Monticello and Oaktown, Indiana, and Stillwater, Oklahoma for 42 years and worked as the office manager.
Preceding her in death were her sons, Bradley Spaulding and Douglas Spaulding; grandson, Bob Spaulding, and brother, Richard Gravel.
Rita is survived by her husband, Robert Kuester; three grandchildren, Debra Spaulding, Eric and Cari Jo Spaulding; brother, Steven (Sandra) Gravel, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. James Catholic Cemetery.
Graveside Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at St. James Catholic Cemetery, rural Maine, MN.
