Ramona K. Bevre, 65, of Rothsay, died Thursday, September 14, 2023 at her residence under the care of Knute Nelson Hospice.
Ramona Kay Thompson was born November 20, 1957 to Vernon and Delores Thompson in Madison, MN. She attended Milan Public School, graduating in 1975.
Over the years she worked at Golden Manor Assisted Living as a caretaker in Fergus Falls and Barnesville, the Women’s Crisis Center in Fergus Falls, and MAT Bus in Fargo.
She enjoyed playing cards, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
Preceding her in death were her father, Vernon Thompson and mother, Delores Thompson.
Ramona is survived by her children, Jay Gronewold, Mike Gronewold, Nathan Streed, and Ryan Streed; grandchildren, Jayna Gronewold, Lilyann Gronewold, Jacob Gronewold, and Isaiah Gronewold, and sisters, Barb (Larry) Kranz and Nancy Pierzina.
Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Big Bend Church 8070 90th Ave NW Milan, MN 56262
