Mark Wick

Mark Wick, 60, of Fergus Falls, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at his residence under the care of Vivie Hospice.

Mark Charles Wick was born April 17, 1964 to Charles "Ray" Raymond and Barbra Joyce (Allmon) Wick in Tullahoma, TN. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1983.

On June 21, 1986 Mark married Susan LeRoy in Fergus Falls.

Over the years Mark was employed by the City of Fergus Falls working with the ice arena, animal control, parks and recreation, and driving the recycling truck. Also employed at Shoremaster, Sunopta, Spee Dee, the Turkey Plant, Community Action, and Country Kitchen. He was also a business owner.

He was a member of Ducks Unlimited and NRA. Hunting, Fishing, and Trapping were some of his favorite past times. He also enjoyed the outdoors and taking his dogs, Vinny and Belle, for rides and going for walks.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his sisters, Faith and Terri; brother, David; nephews, Brandon, Trevor, and Shannon, and grandpa, Unno and Helen (Tolkkinen) Wick.

Mark is survived by his wife, Susan Wick of Fergus; his children, Justin Wick of Fergus Falls, Jared (Natasha) Wick of Glenwood, Hannah (James) Lauinger of Fergus Falls, and Jordan (Emily) Wick of Fergus Falls; grandchildren, Levi Anderson, Jac Anderson, Josephine Watkins, Raygen Lauinger, Adrina Wick, Jude Wick, and Zoe Wick, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mark's family would like to thank Vivie Hospice (formerly Knute-Nelson Hospice) for the exceptional care they provided at the end of his journey.

Celebration of Life Gathering: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 at River Front Pavilion in Fergus Falls.
