LoreLei Lewis

LoreLei D. Lewis, 50, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Lake Region Hospital. She was born on December 9, 1957, to Lloyd and Alice (Hagen) Heines of Henning. She graduated from Henning Public Schools in 1977 and then from Fergus Falls Community College in 1979. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Henning. In recent years, she had attended The Seventh Day Adventist Church. On June 9, 1979, she married Robert Lewis. The couple made their home in Fergus Falls. Lore worked for many years for Lutheran Social Services in the group home settings and enjoyed working with the clients. She had several hobbies, including reading, particularly the Bible, and doing crafts and puzzles. She enjoyed church, church activities and traveling. Preceding her in death was her father, Lloyd Heines. Survivors include her husband, Robert of Fergus Falls; children, Jessica of Fergus Falls, Virginia of Moorhead and Samuel of Fargo; mother, Alice Heines of Henning; brothers, Mike (Debra) Heines of Clear Lake, Ron (Ann) Heines of Ottertail; sisters, Pat (Wayne) Olson of Moose Lake and Jackie (Curt) Erickson of Saginaw. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Olson Funeral Home Clergy:     Pastor B.
