Kimberley Block, 46, of Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at her home.
She was born June 1, 1968, in Livonia, MI, the daughter of Ronald and Isobel (Monie) Block. She attended Franklin High School, graduating in 1986. Following high school, she attended Fergus Falls Community College (currently Minnesota State Community and Technical College), from 1995-1998, earning an AA degree in General Studies and also in Accounting and Management.
Kim was employed in several retail, sales and fast food businesses. She attended the Church of the Nazarene and Celebrate Recovery. During her free time, she enjoyed reading, Bible studies, cross stitching and spending time with family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her mother, Isobel Block; paternal grandparents, Hilda and Charles Block and maternal grandfather, John Monie.
Survivors include her children, Angela Shepersky, Christopher Prince and Jonathan Block all of Fergus Falls; grandchildren, Aleigha Lyons and Azalia Hoeper; her father, Ronald Block; a sister Jennifer DeLuca (Block); a niece, Sidnee DeLuca; a nephew, Jakob DeLuca and her grandmother, Ellen Monie.
A service of remembrance will be held at 7 p.m., on Thursday, January 8, 2015, in the Upper Room at the Church of the Nazarene, Fergus Falls with Pastor Mike Voorhees officiating. Assistance provided by Olson Funeral Home, Fergus Falls.
