Karisti "Kari" Pergande

Karisti “Kari” Anne Pergande, 34, formerly of Fargo, passed from this world on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at her home in Gilbert, Arizona.
She was born February 3, 1979, in Breckenridge, MN to parents Allen and Mary (Atkinson) Pergande. She lived in Wahpeton, ND, Colorado Springs, CO, Westminster, CO, and Fargo, ND. Karisti graduated from Fargo South High School, Minnesota State University, Moorhead, MN, and received her MBA/MA from the University of Mary prior to moving to Arizona.
She was generous in sharing her kindness to people and animals throughout her life. She was especially known for her warm smile and her colorful shoes.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents Shirley E. and Gertrude Atkinson, and Arnold and Erma Pergande.
She is survived by her parents, Allen and Mary Pergande of Chandler AZ; an uncle, Gerald (Paula) Pergande of Tulsa OK; great-aunts; and her dog, Bella.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 6, 2013 at Valley of the Sun Mortuary Chapel in Chandler, AZ.
There will be a memorial service held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls with Reverend Wesley Gabel officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fergus Falls. Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls is in charge of local arrangements.
