Junez Ritchie

Junez Adella (Olson) Ritchie, 87, a resident of Fergus Falls, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at the Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls.  She was born March 4, 1921, in Hazel Run, Minnesota, the daughter of John Alfred and Anna Jorgina (Imes) Olson. Junez married Micheal Henry Ritchie in 1945, and they were blessed with two sons, DeRon Allen and Bruce Michael. Junez enjoyed life to the fullest, and made the most of things even through adversity. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Anna Olson; her husband, Micheal Ritchie; two brothers, Allard Olson and Herbie Olson; and a nephew, Jerome Olson. Survivors include her sons, DeRon (Bonnie) Ritchie of Alexandria, and Bruce (Julie) Ritchie of Fergus Falls; her grandchildren, Torrey, Lori and DeRon Jr.; her brothers, Chandler (Marlene) Olson and Vernon (Joyce) Olson; two great-grandchildren, Maya and Aiden; and many nephews and nieces.
