John Phillips Cichy, 64, of Fergus Falls, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 at his residence.
John was born March 3, 1952 in Vergas, MN to Simon and Ella L. (Schimming) Cichy.
He worked with Productive Alternatives and lived in Fergus Falls with support from Lutheran Social Services.
John loved bowling, travel and all things Elvis Presley. His favorite places to visit were Honolulu, Hawaii and Graceland, Tenn. He loved movies, especially going to the movie theatre.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by a brother, Raymond Cichy of Fergus Falls and his Terrace SLS family and all of his caregivers.
Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the funeral home
Memorial Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Olson Funeral Home
