Jerome Ahles, 75, of Fergus Falls formerly Moorhead, died Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the MN Veterans Home in Fergus Falls.
Jerome Joseph Ahles was born June 6, 1947 to Paul and Grace (Cubb) Ahles in Oceanside, California. He graduated from Wahpeton High School in 1965. He attended NDSCS and UND, earning his Bachelor of Education Degree in 1973. He was a member of the United States Navy, for four years, serving in Vietnam War on the U.S.S Hancock and U.S.S Currituck AV7.
He was a member of the V.F.W. Jerome enjoyed cooking, antiquing, playing cards, and many activities at the MN Veteran’s Home.
Preceding him in death were his parents; twin sister, Mary Amundson, and sister Paula Ahles.
Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023 Fargo National Cemetery, Harwood, ND
Interment: Fargo National Cemetery, Harwood, ND
