Jeffery Paul Moe, 35, of Bloomington, Minnesota, passed away Friday, February 8, 2008, at his home in Bloomington. He was born May 10, 1972, in Hastings, Minnesota, the son of Lon and Sonja (Sneva) Moe. Jeff attended Adams Elementary School and graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1990. He attended Hennepin Technical College studying Landscape Design. He worked for over 10 years for Blomquist Design in Eagan, Minnesota, specializing in naturalistic waterfalls. His working passion was to design and implement waterfalls. Some of his most loved ones are at Central Park in Roseville, MN, and Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, where he was nicknamed "Rock Star". He loved working with his hands and the gifts nature had to offer. In 1998 he married Rebecca Dahlen. To this union two daughters were born, Autumn and Hanna. His daughters meant the world to him. In Jeff's words: "Autumn and Hanna, two of a kind, loves of my life like sugar and spice, sweet and smoochy like chocolate and lemonade, diamonds don't even come close to their beauty, my love is everlasting for you two!" Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Oliver and Lillian (Kugler) Moe, and George and Edith (Arneson) Sneva; uncles Ervin E. Sneva, and Gordon H. Sneva; and his godmother, Marian Palmer. Survivors include his daughters, Autumn and Hanna of Dalton; his parents, Lon and Sonja Moe of Fergus Falls; two sisters: Lauri (Steve) Matenaer of Woodbury, MN and Sheri (Mike) Johnson of Alexandria, MN; his godmother, Elaine Sneva of Brainerd, MN; uncles: Byron (Dorris) Sneva of Anacortes, WA, Forrest (Pat) Sneva of Burns, OR, and Dennis (Barb) Moe of Modesto, CA; an aunt, Mrs. Evy Sneva of Issaquah, WA; three nephews: Cole and Gabe Matenaer, and Alex Johnson, and one niece, Devany Johnson, numerous cousins and second cousins; his former wife, Rebecca Dahlen of Dalton; his former in-laws, Sharon (Rick) Wicklund of Dalton, and Doug (Karen) Dahlen of Fergus Falls, and their families; along with a multitude of friends. There wasn't a person that met Jeff that could forget him! He also leaves behind his cat, Mischief. Jeff's words to family and friends: "If you want to think of me, look and listen to a waterfall - pure serenity".
