Jeanette Louise Copple

Jeanette Louise Copple, 93, a resident of Fergus Falls, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017.
She was born July 3, 1923 in Harris, Iowa to Olaf and Annie (Challe) Hanson.
Jeanette grew up in the Jewell, Iowa area and attended Iowa School for the Blind for a while. The family moved to California during the depression where she finished her schooling in Norwalk, CA. She worked for years at Douglas Aircraft where she met her husband, Leslie.
Jeanette was a member of the Salvation Army and she enjoyed ringing the bell at Christmas time. She always enjoyed spending time with her family.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, and nine brothers and sisters.
Jeanette is survived by her two sons, Floyd (Diane) Copple of Barnesville, and Virgil (Terry) of Keene, NH; five grandchildren, Tom, Mike, Kym, Nicole, and Samantha; and many nieces and nephews scattered coast to coast.
Visitation: 1 hour prior to the service at the PioneerCare Celebration Center
Service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017, at the PioneerCare Celebration Center
Clergy: Chaplain David Strom
Funeral Home: Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls.
