Jay L. Hugli, 58, of Fergus Falls, died on Monday, November 30, 2015, at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.
Jay was born on March 20, 1957, in Fergus Falls, the son of Frank and Mary “Keke” (Grinager) Hugli. He grew up in Fergus Falls and attended Fergus Falls Public Schools. He was a lifelong resident of Fergus Falls, with the exception of when he lived in Rhinelander, WI, in the late 1970’s. Jay was employed by Productive Alternatives and a resident of Lakes Homes.
He enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics and in the summer he looked forward to going to Camp Confidence near Brainerd. Jay also enjoyed bowling, fishing, going to community events such as parades, festivals, visiting area parks and going out to eat.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include sister, Linda (Miles) Olson of Loogootee, IN; brother, Brian Hugli of Salem, VA; niece, Hannah Alden-Hugli of Salem, VA; nephew, Joshua Alden-Hugli of Novato, CA and numerous cousins.
