James Stillman Jacobson, 50, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Saturday, July 17, 2010, at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls. He was born July 9, 1960, in Golden Valley, Minnesota, the son of David and Eleanora (Schuster) Jacobson. He graduated from White Bear Lake High School, and attended three years of college where he was an English major and was on the debate team. James married Paula Moran in September of 1993 in Elbow Lake. He worked for Country Kitchen and Debbie’s Kitchen as a line cook. He also worked at Shoremaster in the shipping department, and then at Northern Contours in their veneer division. Jim enjoyed fishing with his dad, gardening, woodworking, mushroom hunting, reading, and spending time with his family. Preceding him in death were his mother, Eleanora, his sister, Jill, his grandmother, Margaret, and his grandfather, Ross. Survivors include his wife, Paula (Moran) Jacobson of Fergus Falls, his father, David Jacobson of Fergus Falls, his brothers, Marc Jacobson of Newton Highlands, MA and Ross Jacobson of Atlanta, GA, and his sisters, Kim (Jacobson) Arnwine of Memphis, TN and Nina (Jacobson) Arnwine of Canton, GA.
