Isaac Jeremy Engelstad, 22, of Hinckley, MN was taken suddenly from this Earth, due to an automobile accident on June 25, 2018.
Isaac was born to Jessica Lindahl and Seth Engelstad on February 3, 1996 - the day after the coldest day of the century. He graduated from Hinckley-Finlayson High School in 2014. Isaac worked for many companies in the Willow River area following his transfer to Mooreton, ND.
Isaac was an avid outdoorsman who spent much of his time hunting, fishing, and driving his RZR. He had an infectious laugh and a mischievous smile. Isaac was always quick with a joke and brought a smile to everyone’s face. He was a pure joy to his family and his friends. Isaac enjoyed many hunting and fishing trips, camping and spending time at his family cabin.
Isaac is survived by his father, Seth and Devi Engelstad; his mother, Jessica and Scott Lindahl; sister, Abigail Engelstad; step-brothers, Tristan and Tyler Lindahl; grandparents, Sandy and Dennis Helseth, Jon and Lori Engelstad; great-grandparents, Bob Engelstad and Marcia Ferber; many aunts, uncles, cousins and his godson, Benjamin Helseth.
Visitation: 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018, with a 6:30 public prayer service at Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls, MN, and resumes one hour prior to the service at the church
Service: 2 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018, at First Lutheran Church in Hinckley, MN
