Helen Moore

Helen Moore, 101, of Fergus Falls died Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the Broen Memorial Home in Fergus Falls.

Helen Marie (Schnoor) Moore was born November 21, 1917, in Foxhome, MN. She was one of six children born to Otto and Bertha (Evers) Schnoor. She grew up in the Foxhome Area and attended school near Foxhome and in the Fergus Falls area.

She married Harry Moore on March 2, 1940, at the First Lutheran Parsonage in Fergus Falls. The couple farmed in the Fergus Falls area until 1983 when they retired and moved to Country Manor Mobile Home Park near Fergus Falls.

She enjoyed dancing, baking, watching the Twins, and country music.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; twin sons, Dean and David Moore; her parents, Otto and Bertha; a great-grandson, Branden Gullickson, and a great-great-grandson.

Helen is survived by her grandchildren, Julie (Jesse) Boothe of Merced, CA, Angie (Brian) Codd of Atwater, CA, Brian (Kristen) Moore of Fresno, CA, Trevor (Korene) Moore of Rothsay, and Karri (Corey) Gullickson of Fergus Falls; great-grandchildren, Garret Boothe, Jennifer Karroll, Christopher Moore, Jessica, Brenna, Karah, and Jonah Gullickson, Alise Moore; a great-great-grandson; a great-great-granddaughter; daughters-in-law, Sandra Moore and Janet Moore, and numerous other family.

Visitation: one-hour prior to the service at the funeral home
Service: 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 12, 2019, at the Olson Funeral Home Chapel in Fergus Falls
Clergy: Reverend Stan Satre
Interment: First Lutheran North Cemetery, Fergus Falls
