Helen Frances (O'Donnell) Fox

Helen Frances (O’Donnell) Fox, age 62, of Fergus Falls, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

Helen was born on April 20, 1954, on the White Earth Reservation to Maryann Fox Tollefson. She was adopted by William John and Olga Beatrice (Benhardus) O’Donnell. She attended high school in Osseo, MN.

Helen was a housewife and mother and worked at several businesses when she was younger and has been retired for the past several years. She was very proud of her Indian heritage. Helen was an outgoing person who enjoyed visiting with friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, William John O’Donnell; her daughter, Mary Edith Edeburn; and her birthmother, Maryann Fox Tollefson.

Helen is survived by her children, Heather Ann Rowland Newman, Holly Lynn Rowland and Billie Jean Edeburn Rivera (Edil); her grandchildren, Jasmin Newman, Isaac Newman, Mali Rowland, Abby Rivera, Edil Rivera, Destiny Cloud and Sierra Cloud; her mother, Olga Beatrice O’Donnell; her sister, Cecelia Jo O’Donnell; and a brother, William Edward O’Donnell.
