Heather Lynn Rudbeck, 38, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013, at her home in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, as a result of complications from Lupus.
She was born July 17, 1975, in Brainerd, Minnesota, the daughter of Michael and Linda (Larson) Rudbeck. She lived in Oakes, North Dakota, until moving to Fergus Falls, Minnesota, when she was 11 years old. She attended Fergus Falls High School, graduating in 1993, and then Fergus Falls Community College. She finished her education at the University of Moscow in Moscow, Idaho, graduating with a degree in Accounting. After graduation she received her C.P.A. and was employed with the Eide Bailey accounting firm in Boise, Idaho as a Sr. Accountant until the time of her illness.
Heather loved her family, all kinds of music, and her dog, Alex.
Preceding her in death were her Grandpa Gerald Larson, grandparents Rudy and Ludmilla Rudbeck, and her special aunt Connie Johnson.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Knutson, of Fergus Falls; her father, Michael (Karen) Rudbeck of Coeur d’ Alene, ID; her sister, Heidi (Ted) Mossman of Colorado Springs, CO, and nephews Trey and Matthew Mossman; her grandmother, Lorena Larson of Fergus Falls; three step-sisters, Erin Krog, Kassi Hayes and Branigan King; her Godparents, Bob and Sandi Larson and Rick Rudbeck; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation: One hour prior to the memorial service at the funeral home
Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2013, at the Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls
