Geraldine Nelson

Geraldine Nelson Geraldine Marie Nelson, 77, a resident of Fergus Falls, died September 11, 2010 at Lake Region Hospital.  She was born on February 28, 1933, in St. Paul, the daughter of Oscar J. and Frances S. (Wiegele) Grant. She grew up in the St. Paul area and graduated from South St. Paul High School in 1951. After high school she went on to secretarial school and was vice president of Greetings Unlimited in the 1960’s and 70’s. She enjoyed puzzles, reading and fishing. Preceding her in death were her parents and a daughter, Roxanne L. Nelson. Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie and Jodi Lynn; grandchildren, Jenny, Harley, Garrett, Lacey and two great grandchildren, Joey and Gavin. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Olson Funeral Home provided assistance with arrangements.
