Delmer Harlan Landgraff, 77, of Henning, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota.
He was born January 12, 1936, in Fairfax, Minnesota, the son of Elmer and Verona (Hopp) Landgraff. He grew up in Franklin, Minnesota, and then worked with his father in Franklin doing road construction. He later worked as a diesel mechanic, moving in the early 1980’s to Ohio where he worked at ABX (Airborne Express) and later DHL. In 2002 he moved to Henning to care for his father. After his retirement he owned DNL Welding in Henning.
On March 14, 2003 he married Nancy Gilliland, and they made their home in Henning.
Delmer enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, welding, and was a good fabricator.
He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Henning.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy, of Henning, five children, eight grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Henning, Minnesota.
