Deannea Jo Wangler Cox, age 37, of Copperas Cove, Texas, died Saturday afternoon September 1st at her mother's home near Dent, Minnesota. Services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby, ND. Deannea was born on November 25th, 1969 in Rugby, ND the daughter of Richard and Rita Wangler. She grew up near Orrin, ND and attended school in Balta, ND. Deannea graduated with the Rugby High School Class of 1988. For three years she worked at ASCS office in Rugby and then did customer service at the local Pamida store. Most recently she spent the past eight years as a department manager at the HEB grocery store near her home in Copperas Cove, Texas. Throughout the years she has enjoyed cross stitching, jewelry making and camping. Many will remember her for her love of animals, especially her horses and dogs. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Veronica Wangler, and Matt and Barbara Hilzendager, as well as a cousin, Curt Hilzendager. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Cox of Copperas Cove, Texas; her parents: Richard (Mary) Wangler of Rugby, ND and Rita (Don) Steeves of Dent, MN; her brothers and sisters: Jodi (John) Lange of Webster, ND, Dean (Lauree) Wangler of Leeds, ND, Pamela (Kevin) John of Rothsay, MN, John (Lori) Wangler of Rugby, ND, Ron (Barb) Wangler of Fargo, ND, Rod (Crystal) Wangler of Rugby, ND and Jamie (Richard) Modine of Rugby, ND; as well as Jacqueline's father, Jackie Cox of Kempner, TX , and many nieces and nephews.
