David Busche, 71, of Fergus Falls, died Saturday, June 23, 2012, in Fergus Falls after a lengthy illness. David Warren Busche was born October 25, 1940, in Wadena, Minnesota, the son of Anthony and Ruth (Brunko) Busche. He was baptized and confirmed in his faith at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Wadena. David grew up on the family farm west of Wadena. He enjoyed being outside and trapping in the farm fields. He had a soft spot in his heart for the farm animals. He loved gardening and especially planting and tending flowers. Approximately 30 years ago David moved to Fergus Falls where he held employment at Productive Alternatives until his retirement in 2010. David made many friends, and he enjoyed visiting with relatives and friends. He loved playing cards, paint by number, putting puzzles together, and gathering with friends at the bowling alley. Preceding him in death were his parents, Anthony and Ruth Busche, his sister, Lorraine Anderson, his brother, Neil Busche, a niece Dannielle Anderson, and a nephew Joseph Busche. Survivors include a brother-in-law, Donald Anderson of Fergus Falls, sister-in-law Patricia Busche of Dassel, MN, and ten nieces and nephews and their families.
