Corrado Giorgini, 85, of North Oaks, formerly of Fergus Falls, died Friday, October 11, 2013, at Waverly Gardens in North Oaks, Minnesota.
He was born August 9, 1928, in Cesenatico, Italy, the son of Francesco and Dominica (Zamagni) Giorgini. Corrado worked as a bricklayer in Italy. He moved to Fergus Falls, Minnesota in 1954, sponsored by his uncle, Carlo Giorgini.
On January 6, 1957, he married Gloria Corrain in Gatteo A Mare, Italy. She joined him in the United States in 1958, and they made their home in Fergus Falls. Corrado worked as a bricklayer and then started Fergus Brick and Supply in 1979, which he owned and operated until his retirement.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Bricklayers Union.
Corrado enjoyed fishing, gardening, Italian cooking, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, and his wife, Gloria in 1999.
Survivors include his children: Frank (Debra) Giorgini of Plano TX, Albert (Susan) Giorgini of Lino Lakes MN, and Sandra Giorgini (Fred) White of Ladera Ranch CA; grandchildren Angela Giorgini, Maria Giorgini, and Brayden White; and other relatives in Italy.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with a public prayer service at 6:30 p.m. and resumes one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mass of Christian Burial: 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Fergus Falls.

Interment: St. Otto’s Cemetery, Fergus Falls
