Clorice Mildred Truax, 82, of Fergus Falls, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at the Broen Home in Fergus Falls.
Clorice was born on February 21, 1933, to Martin and Mildred (Mosher) Langemo, in Claremont, MN. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Johanes Church, in Havana, MN. She attended school in Claremont and Deer Creek, graduating from Deer Creek High School in 1951.
On May 5, 1952, Clorice was united in marriage to William Lloyd Truax at the Ottertail County Courthouse, in Fergus Falls. Together, they raised six children and she was a homemaker throughout the years. Clorice was an expert crocheter, a Green Thumb gardener and enjoyed embroidery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Mildred; and her sister and brother-in law, Ihla (Bill) Johnson.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William Truax of Fergus Falls; children, Brenda (James) Kerr of Gresham, OR, Julie (Ron) Anderson of Augusta, WI, Robb Truax of Fergus Falls, Daniel Truax of Carson, WA, Tamara (Gerald) Bruns of Evansville and Jane (Daniel) Wood of Pelican Rapids; sixteen grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a sister, Marlys (Ron) Ohman of Powell, WY; and a brother, Reverend Martin (Carol) Langemo of Princeton.
