Charlotte Higgins

Word has been received of the death of Ms. Charlotte Higgins, who died on Friday, June 15, 2012, at the age of 91, while a resident of PioneerCare, Fergus Falls. Survivors include a daughter, Cara Higgins, granddaughter, Naomi Merz and one sister, Irene Duenow, all of Fergus Falls. Interment will be in Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis. Private family services will be held at a later date.
