Chandra Grimm

Chandra Martel Grimm, 66, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls.  He was born October 31, 1942 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, the son of William and Mabel (Monson) Grimm. He grew up in Fergus Falls, graduating from high school in 1961. He graduated from Wahpeton State School of Science in 1963 with an AA degree in Civil Engineering. Chandra worked in North Dakota and Minnesota in the civil engineering field. He worked at Medallion Kitchens in Fergus Falls until it closed, as well as at Rosenblatts. He also worked with his father in the electrical field. He enjoyed puttering around the house, gardening, and working in his yard. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Marcene and David Hagen of Underwood, and a nephew, Derek Hagen. Memorials are preferred to the Bergen Cemetery.
