Brian Torres

Brian A. Torres, 25, of Pelican Rapids, died Wednesday, June 24, 2020 in Warren, MN.

He was born February 25, 1995, in Fresno, CA to Ventura Torres Campos and Magda (Farias) Saurer.

Brian graduated from Pelican Rapids High School and was employed at Victory Home Sales in Pelican Rapids. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church.

Brian loved fishing and playing with his nieces and nephews. He loved his family, friends, and dogs, Ace and Milo. He loved his mom’s cooking. He loved to help people and would always try to do the right thing. Brian had the biggest heart.

Preceding him in death were his father, Ventura Torres Campos; grandfathers, Alvaro Farias and Fortunato Villagomez.

Brian is survived by his mother and step father, Magda and Mark Saurer of Fergus Falls; sister, Erica and baby niece, Olivia of Fergus Falls; brother, Ernie (Ashley) Torres and their children, Ryder, Kiana, and Elena of Pelican Rapids; sister, Monica (Kyle) Metz and their children, Jayden and Landyn of Fergus Falls; and brother, Rudy and his daughter, Avaliah of Fergus Falls; grandmothers, Agustina Torres of California and Lidia Barragan of Pelican Rapids; cousin, Olga Diaz (whom he considered a sister); close friend, Sara Smischny of Pelican Rapids; many, many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his dogs, Ace and Milo.

Graveside Service: 3:00 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2020 at Lakeview Cemetery, Pelican Rapids, Minnesota
