Bradley Gerald Ugstad, 62, of Big Spring, Texas, formerly of Fergus Falls, died on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, Texas.
Bradley was born on April 6, 1953, to Olaf and LaVane (Heiden) Ugstad in Fergus Falls. He attended Lincoln and Madison Elementary schools and Fergus Falls Senior High School. He later went on to study aviation mechanics.
Over the years, Bradley worked in the off-shore oil derricks in Texas, as an airplane mechanic in Washington State and most recently, he was working as a gardener in the Big Spring, Texas area.
He enjoyed motorcycles, fixing vehicles, fishing and travelling. He loved to help people and made friends easily. He was a happy guy and liked to keep busy. He was always a happy and loving son, and will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his parents Olaf and LaVane Ugstad of Fergus Falls; a brother, Wade Ugstad of Fergus Falls; a nephew, Tucker Ugstad; and a niece, Leila Ugstad.
A family graveside service and burial will be held at a later date at South Friborg Cemetery in rural Rothsay, MN.
