Betty Cossette, 72, a resident of the Broen Memorial Home, Fergus Falls, died Friday May 11, 2007, at the Home. Betty was born on June 5, 1934, in Dilworth, to Luman and Carrie (Berger) Gallinger She graduated from Dilworth High School and later worked for DeLendrecies in Fargo, North Dakota. On January 20, 1957, she married Ernest Cossette in Sisseton, SD. The couple operated a service station in Fargo before moving to Dunvilla in 1967. Betty enjoyed Lake Lizzie, reading mysteries, her pets, her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. She will be missed. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, and a brother Bud Berger. Survivors include her children, Rodney Cossette, of Pelican Rapids, David (Janice) Cossette, of Fergus Falls, Jeff (Darla) Cossette, of Pelican Rapids, Gary Cossette, of Cherry Valley, Ca., and Mark (Stephanie) Cossette, of Bloomington; grandchildren, Dustin, of Fargo, Jeremy and wife Kari, and their daughter, Ella, of Barnesville, Joshua and wife Rebecca, of Fergus Falls, Derek, Christopher and James, of Pelican Rapids, Alyssa and Macie, of Cherry Valley, Ca., Kassandra, Taylor and Lukas, of Bloomington Visitation: None Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday May 16, 2007, at the Light & Life Auditorium, of the Broen Memorial Home in Fergus Falls Clergy: Chaplain Ken Austin Interment: St. Benedicts' Cemetery, Wild Rice ND Arrangements: Olson Funeral Home, Fergus Falls.
