Arne Bolstad

Arnold “Arne” Bolstad, 51, a resident of rural Perham and formerly of Fergus Falls, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota. Arnold Lee Bolstad was born on June 16, 1959 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota the son of John and Betty (Peasley) Bolstad. He attended Fergus Falls High School. He went on to drive taxi for the residents of Fergus Falls. In his spare time, Arne enjoyed fishing, playing cards, teasing relatives, visiting over coffee and hunting in Black Duck for deer with Gail and Moriah. He loved his nieces and nephews like his own children. He was notorious for his farming skills at FarmVille. Preceding him in death were his loving parents, John and Betty Bolstad, and his brother, Scott Bolstad. Survivors include his brothers: Gail (Bonnie) Bolstad of Mora, MN, Dale Bolstad of Perham, and Mark (Marti) Bolstad of New York Mills; a sister-in-law: Deb (Mike) Seykora; nine nieces and nephews: Dusty, Misty, Moriah, Jason and Chad Bolstad, Katie (Troy) Tysdal, Angie Seykora, Markelle Bolstad and Kayla Wahl; and many cousins and friends.  Visitation: One hour before the service at the funeral home Service: 1:00 P.M.
