Anne DiMott

Anne Cashman DiMott, 86, formerly of Fergus Falls, died February 25, 2025, at Stone Crest Assisted Living in Woodbury.

Anne Barbara Cashman DiMott was born December 26, 1938, to Thomas and Dorothy (Ulland) Cashman in Owatonna, MN. She attended Roosevelt Park High School graduating in 1956.

Through the years Anne was employed at Trans World Airlines (TWA) as a flight attendant, Cashman Nursery, Becklund Oil and Fergus Falls Townhall.

Anne enjoyed traveling, reading and golfing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tom Cashman and Tim Cashman; and brothers-in-law, Ron Hildreth and Charles Piper.

Anne is survived by her children, David DiMott and wife, Joyce of Norton, MA, Deveny McCarthy and fiancé, Dion Wells of Woodbury, MN, and Stacey Vaughn and husband, Jason of Fergus Falls, MN; grandchildren, Ashley Vaughn-Weaver and husband, Nick, Jack Vaughn and wife, Samantha, Joseph Vaughn, Patrick McCarthy, Catherine McCarthy, Maggie McCarthy and Kelly McCarthy; great-grandchildren, Jack "JT" Weaver and Noah Weaver; siblings, Joan Hildreth, Connie Piper, Dan Cashman and wife, Carol and Jeremiah Cashman and wife, Jan; and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Olson Funeral and Cremation Chapel in Fergus Falls with a visitation one-hour prior to the service.

Clergy: Father Alan Wielinski and Father Lucho Palmino

Interment: St. Otto's Cemetery, Fergus Falls, MN
