Evelyn was born on August 26, 1956, in Two Rivers, WI, to Victor Sr. and Sylvia (Gehrke) Taddy. She grew up in the area and graduated in 1975 from Washington High School in Two Rivers, WI.
Evelyn married Steve Pollock on September, 30, 1993, in Ottertail.
She enjoyed gardening, babysitting grandkids and fishing.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Victoria Lynn Taddy; brother, Victor Jr.; and Glen Lutz.
Evelyn is survived by Steve Pollock of Fergus Falls; children, Tabetha (Mike) Brocker of Chilton, WI, Dennis Kubichka of CT, Allen (Anne) Kubichka of WI, Gerald Pollock of Redfield, SD, Shawn (Brittany) Pollock of Fargo, ND, Kristina (Sean) Albert of Elbow Lake, Clifford (Ashley) Pollock of Fergus Falls, Jackelyn Pollock of Dilworth, and Jonny (Tanya) Pollock of Moorhead; grandchildren, Bentley, Lenna, Mavrick, Adrianna, Toby, Rhylee, Matthew, Bailey, Lakija, Tatyana, Chad, Chole, Coltin, Peyton, Paxton, Phoenix and P.J.; and Barbara Lutz.
Graveside Burial: 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2022, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Moorhead, MN.
